Criminology tells us that trafficking doesn't happen everywhere — it concentrates. The law of crime concentration shows us that over 80% of crime is in 20% of places. Specific environments, specific triggers, specific historical factors that make exploitation feel low-risk and economically attractive. These locations become hotspots. There are only five hotspot types in cities. Before we deploy a single operative, we understand exactly where and why crime takes root. The hotspot type shapes criminal beliefs, behaviors, and modus operandi. By modeling these factors, we design the perfect strategy to engineer industry collapse.

AI detects and categorizes hotspots. We infiltrate and classify the network and geographic structure within each hotspot — are criminals centralized and closely working together or decentralized and self-reliant, are locations clustering or dispersed — this defines the disruption strategy. We deploy this disruption strategy by running targeted operations with special units, liberating children, and prosecuting criminals to collapse the crime ecosystem. Combine that with programs that address underlying factors that trigger crime in a hotspot and the accompanying criminal psychology — systemic elimination.

We measure how many girls each network category is trafficking per year in a city, the number of networks in a city, and the growth rate of this crime in that city. This calculation helps us predict the number of children who will be raped and sold in a city over the next decade.

We drive a 90% reduction in this crime — and all of those children grow up in freedom. If a child is rescued but the network is not neutralized, that child will be replaced with another, driving a continued increase in this crime. If a crime ecosystem collapses, we know — over the next decade — how many children never have to experience the horror of slavery.

In these regions, organized crime thrives in large cities — over 80% of this crime is concentrated in large, interconnected urban centres. Over the next seven years, Marici will deploy into 32 cities across 21 countries — systematically collapsing the child sex trafficking industry across Africa and Asia.

We have a set of model cities in the United States and Europe. Our first model city in Latin America is launching in 2026. This is the global cure for this crime.
