For decades, the sector responded with care — but rarely with measurement. Interventions were designed with genuine intention. Programs were built with real compassion. Yet the field never had the scientific foundation to answer the question that matters most: what does genuine recovery actually look like?
That question ends here.
Marici has partnered with Stanford University's Precision Medicine Department on a landmark longitudinal study — the first of its kind in the anti-trafficking space.
First, understanding. Across one million data points, the study maps with scientific precision how child sex trafficking wounds a child — neurologically, psychologically, physiologically. Not as theory. As evidence. Because you cannot heal what you have not truly measured.
Second, design. Armed with that understanding, interventions stop being guesswork. Marici's revolutionary holistic healing model integrating trauma science, presence, and peak performance is optimized based on a million data points. Every program, every modality, every touchpoint gets designed — and continuously optimized — on what the data actually shows works.
Third, validation. The study follows survivors across years, tracking their healing in real time, confirming what genuinely moves the needle and discarding what doesn't. Evidence, not assumption, becomes the foundation of care.
When the sector stops asking are we doing something and starts proving this is what works. The survivors who came before made this possible. The survivors who come next will benefit from it.
No government. No NGO. No international body has a proven gold-standard protocol. Care is given generously, everywhere — but what works, in which sequence, for which survivor, has never been systematically measured at scale.
This study changes that. The findings will give governments, policymakers, and service providers worldwide a scientifically proven gold-standard model. Every program that builds on this research will reach further, heal deeper, and waste less of the resources this sector can barely afford to spare.
Compassion without data is still just hope. Compassion with data is a system.
These are not case studies. They are dispatches — from the cities, the operations, and the individuals whose lives represent the living proof of what this work produces.
The government in Nepal fell while we were at a personal development event with our girls. Courts burned, institutions toppled, police fractured. Our Nepal CEO left the event with two survivors alongside her and conviction in their hearts to fulfil our mission.
We deeply supported stakeholders during the crisis. The conviction rebuilt in them to eliminate this industry. Raids fully resumed in November and girls got freedom.
Incredibly, despite the turmoil, the 70% reduction previously achieved has sustained — the criminal ecosystem has continued its systematic collapse. We're on track to a 90% reduction in 2026.
While the unrest compromised the normal functioning of city systems, our operatives continued undercover. In the midst of the violence, we never lost sight of High Value Targets and victims. We were diligently tracking a child sex trafficking network operating out of a discrete spa in a tourism hotspot. The primary victim was just 13 years old.
In 2022, our team went undercover to build an intelligence picture of the child sex trafficking ecosystem. A transnational supply chain fuelled the industry. A regional epicentre with 280+ networks. Over 80% of children trafficked originated from a bordering country. 52 kingpin networks supplied victims across the city — over 70% of the entire industry depended on them.
Between 2022 and 2025, we raided kingpins, ran PsyOps campaigns, and systematically eliminated this heinous industry by 95%. The largest kingpin was supplying children to 48 networks.
We drove a 90% reduction in Bangalore in H1. We analysed the perceptions of the remaining networks to attack what made them feel safe to operate. A false sense of security due to corruption and financial upside drove them.
We ran psyops campaigns to destroy their sense of anonymity — establishing that senior police were behind them, massively highlighting consequences so risk outweighed reward. Then we combined psyops with aggressive raids.
Three simultaneous raids were planned on the same day to prevent tip-offs. We brought down a High Value Target trafficker bringing girls from Bangladesh, cross-border crime leaders, and a sophisticated pimp. Bangladeshi minors brought to India under false job promises were rescued at all locations.
Little Manisha was held captive, drugged, and sold for a month. She escaped only to find that her sister had committed suicide when she returned home. Her family blamed her. She tried to take her own life. She was found unconscious. She then ran away from home and was trapped again in trafficking. When rescued, she could barely walk and was heavily addicted to drugs.
At a Tony Robbins personal development event, she rewrote her values — discovered how to let go of anger and sadness. She was transformed. Deeply connected to gratitude, love, and service.
On her way home to Nepal, she told us she wants to run a shelter home in the future. Her vision: to help other girls rise above their challenges and find what she found.
Marici's revolutionary AI capabilities helped arrest a trafficker at an international airport. Our team received a tip: a trafficker was preparing to depart. Airport security and local police were struggling to verify his identity before he flew out of the country. The only picture of the criminal was an almost unrecognisable blurry photo of his Jail Visitor Card used by his wife.
Marici's AI team sprang into action. We used AI to reconstruct the criminal's face using the blurry photograph. The AI reconstruction was used to verify his identity — so they could arrest this trafficker who frequently travelled across borders to sell children.
A major red-light district was a center of rampant slavery. With 290 brothels, this area ensnares lives into a cruel existence. Girls are sold into this place, never to be seen again. It sits next to another massive red-light area with 400+ brothels.
At the centre of this network stood a heavily protected building. This location housed some of the most powerful brothels in the area. 16 brothels within it had become "high-end" and nearly impossible to raid due to systemic corruption shielding it. This centre of gravity — if destroyed — could cause the entire area to be transformed.
Working with a special anti-trafficking unit, we successfully raided the building and took down all 16 brothels. The brothels were sealed. Over 100 police officers were exposed through the operation to be corrupt. Criminals felt the risk of trafficking skyrocket. The adjacent 400+ brothels massively reduced their trafficking of children.
We rescued 35 victims. The survivors had been subjected to extreme abuse. Some had been raped without condoms and contracted HIV. They were seeing 20+ men per night.
Every protocol, every dataset, every finding — released openly to the global field.
When we measure it, everyone gets better.
